Accessories in 1.3 have received changes as well. The evasion % of Mantles and Shields is now lower, and several balance changes have been made:

• Angel Ring and Chantage now provide Initial Reraise instead of Permanent Reraise.

• Bracer has been replaced by Heroic Gloves.

• Setiemson and Brigand's Gloves now provide Initial Haste instead of Permanent Haste.

• Vanish Mantle's Transparent effect grants 100% accuracy on your first attack, but will no longer make you invisible to the AI.
