A few random effects. I leveled down to 20 and turned off the code; after confirming that at level 30(where they got stucked) they were receiving Exp. After a story battle the active units leveled up from 20 to 30. In next battle they were still receiving Exp. In next few battles the active units went from 20 to 30, the previous got more exp accumulated. Then few battles later no more 20 to 30 even having everyone in party on 30 except one unit in 20, they all received Exp. Still haven't made anyone level up to 31, busy. I'll keep reporting. Oh, active codes was only the one that shoots up skill rank.

THANK YOU! IT WORKED! Eventually. I think I turned on the code, saved game, returned to main screen, turned off, load game, or something. I'll keep experimenting with it. Thank you very much

Playing on Android PpSsPp, One Vision v0.992a. I used this cheat code to level units to Lv 30(1E hex). _C0 All Professions Level 30 _L 0x402E7E90 0x00500002 _L 0x0000001E 0x00000000 _L 0x402E7E94 0x00500002 _L 0x00000000 0x00000000 The problem now is that no units can receive ExpPoints when the game divides it among units, and therefore they cannot level up. Their Exp in the Classes screen remains on 0 always. Ive tried turning off the Cheat, disabling Cheats in the emul options, deleting the content of the ULUS10565.ini and even the file itself, played randomly with the code(some random level results in party): Nothing worked. ¿Is there a way or code to restore the Exp so units can level up? I still would like to level them down to 1 and play normally(level up). Thanks anyone in advance.
