I decided to separate this mod from the other one as there for two different games. I know my mods are not of the traditional type (your common difficulty/rebalance, simple mod) I have a broader vision and more creativity in my works, and these 3 mods take some open mindedness since its something new and different from the usual. For lore see here. *Note: Audio Soundtrack: Facing Fate: The Zodiac Era's soundtrack is played on Soundtrack option: Reorchestrated in the Config Menu in Game. This retains the players' freedom to stay with the original soundtrack should they desire it. *Note: The final locations after Ridorana Cataract will not match correctly if Soundtrack Reorchestrated is not used. Be cautious. Gameplay: Character (Initial Statuses & Augments) Kevin: Augments: Counter Counter+ Thief Cuffs Effect Nyx: Statuses: Bravery Libra Augments: Null Knockback Parry Counter Counter+ Genji Gloves Effect Item Plus Null Weather & Terrain Null Vitality Double EXP & LP Attack+ Return Damage Abilities at Start: Darkja Crowe: Augments: Counter Counter+ Abilities at Start: Fire Fira *Most gameplay features are not revealed for the player to explore themselves without spoilers. Jobs (Selective) These jobs are unlocked after completing the game once. Episode Schala begins New Game+. FDLC releases version 3.1 The Main Game contains the following jobs below + Impotent Jobs, which, as it names implies, is a job selection with only the basic, default essentials needed to obtain par the story line. (e.g. 3 quickenings, an Esper/Eidolon tile and all Gambit slot tiles). Monk is now Bushido, suited for Kevin. Bushi is now Kingsglaive Elite, suited for Nyx. Uhlan is now Dragoon, suited for Freya. Knight is now Swordmaster, suited for Steiner. Machinist is now Kingsglaive, suited for Crowe. Black Mage is now Summoner, suited for Rydia. These are determined par the augment tiles balanced for that specific character. Kevin: License Board: Busido Main focus are Axes & hammers (thus a Barbarian) and heavy armor. Maintaining Foebreaker abilities (Expose, Wither etc.) and no main magick use with the exception of elemental Lightning magick. Has the ability for special weapon: Atlatl SMG. Axes & hammers use Vitality formula; Kevin's vitality is slightly higher than the others. The Bushido board brings a more balanced approach. In the both the main game and selective jobs, Kevin has access, by default, the Dreamseeker. Nyx: License Board: Kingsglaive Elite Main focus are Katanas and Ninja Swords with heavy and mystic armor. Can use all types of magic but specialize in Lucian royal family strengths (Ultimate Elemental), and signature technicks. The ability to wield dual daggers, only one can be wielded, and is Dagger, the speed formula, so his speed is slightly higher than the others. Freya: License Board: Dragoon Main focus are spears and a bit more variety of black magicks. Uhlan identical to Dragoon with more options for black magicks, and the Jump skill. Spears uses strength formula, slightly raised her strength for the occasion. Heavy armor increases strength a bit more often. Steiner: License Board: Swordmaster Main focus are on the variety of weapons for any occasion. Staves and rods to potentially raise the strength of the Knight's Cure spells as such. All minor uses of all other weapons is for the subtraction of the second board option. Only job that can wield the Great Knife. Since can use all weapon types, all stats have been slightly raised, and some weapons increase slightly appropriate stats for the weapon formula. Crowe: License Board: Kingsglaive Main focus are small swords for the balanced foes. Uses a few axes and hammers, and the Olympus Punisher. Strength slightly raised. Can use a few black magicks and a few time magicks (so time magick isn't completely cut out from the 6, no second board jobs). Rydia: License Board: Summoner Main focus are staves and bows, black magick and all summons. (Bows, only because Rydia is able to use all bows in FFIV). Seitengrat, now Grim Whisper is no longer the game's most difficult weapon to obtain. Rods and very few katanas. Can use all magick types, but only masters all black magicks (Rydia has always been proficient in black magic). Despite the Dragoon job using a bit more black magic, Summoner is the only other job besides Kingsglaive Elite that can use Meteor. Beginning version 3.0, Dual Daggers have been added to the board; only available for the Kingsglaive Elite class. Rydia's whips have been added, replacing Measures and her elemental affinity, Mist (Wind) have been improved. What is this? Facing Fate: The Zodiac Era is the final game the Zodiac trilogy series, following the past two games: FFIV: The After Years: The Beginning, Final Fantasy IX: The Zodiac Age and Final Fantasy IX: Type-0. FF: TZE introduces multiple extra scenes, extra gameplay, new enemies, new engine features, graphic capabilities and the very like, continuing to add more replay value to the game we love and more. For previews of new test maps inside the game see here. In FF:TZE when you play, you have two choices in this game tailored to the player's desired gameplay choice: I. Play the game through the vanilla story line as always, and ignore extra story side quests. (This does not include Episode Schala) II. Play the game & explore extra story side quests along the way. Episode Schala has been added Beginning version 3.0, the story of the game changes at the end. After Ridorana, instead of heading for Sky Fortress Bahamut, you will head to the Dimensional Vortex where the actual story will come to a conclusion. Heavy game play changes have taken effect beginning version 2.0. One of the biggest is the license board. By default, every character is defaulted to their own abilities and equipment not changeable by the player. The only other jobs available to select from is the Impotent job which, as its name suggests, only offers Quickening and one Esper selection as par the main storyline. The character's designated job roles are listed below. Augments are tailored to that character's performance (not all characters get every augment). All augments, quickenings and Esper/Eidolon LP have been increased by ⅓. This brings a new challenge to the player as you can choose to play through the game with side quests and extra story side quests added with the addition of your usual augments, or without such augments.

Let him be welcome. In this mods the background colors are modified and retouched or otherwise the same but more beautiful. The difficulty is longer and harder than the original even only the HP has been modifying and the value of the AP and experience have been reduced from X 3 around. The color of the monsters have been changed .. The cost of GFs is only available after learning the ability to call them Level 1. The abilities of GF now appear with their levels and not once a precise skill learned. The characters were retouched to be less pixelized. The magic attacks are 2X less powerful, but for magic, you throw two in a single attack. The experience is longer for your characters and GF but their exp are now degraded, the levels are longer as the game progresses and not always the same figure exactly. The text and other original story is not change..(..) Copy all the files in this location except Slot 1 slot 2. for the saving of the mod. Use the backup on slot 1 and place it in the folder where your backups of this games are placed. Change the number if you want other than the number 1. Also change to the prefs file the info you want to use the Textures folder. Then Happy, Good luck and good games!
Hello friends, I have just finished working on a MOD for Final Fantasy IX on Playstation. I have called it FF9DangerFire. The changes that I have made with this MOD are listed below. (For the version 1.2, I will change weapons and armors' stats, as well as modify the prices of everything that can be found in shops.) The Hats and Helmet gives you a 50% reduction of one or more elements. But are low against an item. The Armlet and Gauglet increases your power of elements but are low against 2 elements. The Armor, Robe and Clothes you immune against certain elements but are weak against three other elements. The Add-Ons absorb certain item but are low against two items. Only weapons and Gemstone have no positive and negative effects of elementals. Equipment with Bonus is only weapon and add-ons and Gemstone. Some Gemstone can give you a bonus of +14 and +12 on 1 stats All items in store and synthesis is increased by 30% of the normal price. I will change, Also the watches have more stats than in the original game. Every normal enemy of CD 1 Adds + 3 to all stats except HP and MP. Each Normal Boss on CD 1 Adds + 5 on all stats except HP and MP. Every normal enemy of CD 2 Adds +6 to all stats except HP and MP. Each Normal Boss on CD 2 Adds + 10 to all stats except HP and MP. Every normal enemy of CD 3 Adds + 9 to all stats except HP and MP. Each Normal Boss on CD 3 Adds + 15 to all stats except HP and MP. Every normal enemy of CD 4 Adds +12 to all stats except HP and MP. Each Normal Boss on CD 4 Adds + 20 to all stats except HP and MP. Each of these abilities can be used twice in one turn like a double cast. - Vivi a) 'Magic' is renamed 'Mage UP'. b) The command 'MIXFRDA' replaces Focus in Vivi's normal state and replaces 'BLK Double' in his Trance state. c) The command 'MIXFRDA' contains Cure, Cura, Life, Scan, Panacea, Shell, Protect, Reflect, Float, Dispel, Holy, Haste, Stona, Lancer, Reis' Wind, Dragon Breath, White Draw, Luna, Six Dragon, and Cherry Blosom. - Steiner a) A new command, 'Mag-arts', groups together both 'SwdTech' and 'MagSwd' abilities under the same menu. More so, the abilities that used to require Vivi to cast can now be used without Vivi. b) A new command, 'QUAM', now stands as the third action in Steiner's menu. This command contains Curse, Revive, Vanish, Magic Hammer, 1000 Needles, Pumpkin Head, Chakra, and Aura. - Garnet a) A new command, 'Aura Good', groups together both 'Summon' and 'White' abilities under the same menu. b) A new command, 'MIXVIST', now stands as the third action in Garnet's menu. This command contains Fire, Blizzard, Slow, Thunder, osmose, Power Break, Armor Break, and Mental Break. - Eiko a) A new command, 'Magica', groups together both 'White' and 'Summon' abilities under the same menu. b) A new command, 'MIXQUI', now stands as the third action in Eiko's menu. This command contains Goblin Punch, LV5 Death, LV4 Holy, LV3 Def-Less, Soul Blade, What's that!?, Detect, Flee, White Wind, 1000 Needles, Bad Breath, and Mighty Guard. - All equipments can be used by every character.
